Plastic key-tags keep info on hand

Key tags are great for gym memberships, discount cards, medical information and more. They are an increasingly popular way to keep information at consumers' fingertips and not lost in that wallet or bottomless purse!

CLSPlasticard manufactures key tags in two ways. The first is called the "2-up" key-tag, which consists of 2 tags together that can be popped apart from each other and placed on a customer's key-ring for easy access. They can be printed with a barcode or numbering for tracking purposes. The minimum order for 2-up key-tags is 200 tags. Production time on 2-ups is 7-10 business days from proof approval to ship date year round.

Plastic combo cards: the best of both worlds

If you want to include a magnetic stripe or signature panel, you might want to consider our plastic combo cards. This is simply because a magnetic stripe or signature panel can't go on the key-tag, but can go on the standard-sized card which is included in the combo. Customers like these because it gives them the freedom to add a card to their keychain, wallet, or both!

Both types of cards can be printed in 1 to full color on both sides. The minimum order for combo cards is 5,000 and production time is 20-25 business days from proof approval to ship date. This will help us design the best plastic cards possible with the best graphics. If submitting a complete, pre-produced layout, your design must meet the following requirements:
Teslin: The layout should be sized to 91mm wide x 60mm high x 300 dpi (dots per inch) with all text within a 3/16” boarder to allow for cropping.
Thermal: (Full color process) The layout should be sized to 3 3/8” x 2 1/8” x 300 dpi (dots per inch).
Screen Print: The layout should be sized to 3 3/8” x 2 1/8”
