Our clear plastic cards are the same size as a standard credit card, with die-rounded corners and a brilliant finish. They're printed with a screen-print process in spot colors for quantities under 5,000 and full color for quantities of 5,000 or more. Please remember that orders of this size may take 20-25 business days from proof approval to ship date, and we do ask our customers to assume plus or minus 10% on their final quantity.

If you choose not to provide your own artwork, you can work with our talented design team to develop a custom card that's perfect for your needs. We don't charge a screen fee for reorders, so we'll keep you well-stocked with your classy plastic cards for even less money in the future.

If you do not currently have artwork and we will be designing your custom plastic cards for you, please provide:
* Large, high-resolution logos to insure the highest quality
* Images at 300 dpi (dots per inch) or greater
This will help us design the best plastic cards possible with the best graphics. If submitting a complete, pre-produced layout, your design must meet the following requirements:
Teslin: The layout should be sized to 91mm wide x 60mm high x 300 dpi (dots per inch) with all text within a 3/16” boarder to allow for cropping.
Thermal: (Full color process) The layout should be sized to 3 3/8” x 2 1/8” x 300 dpi (dots per inch).
Screen Print: The layout should be sized to 3 3/8” x 2 1/8”
